In November 2022, GCC’s stockholders transferred all their shares to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). They created this new structure of employee ownership to preserve our strong family culture, traditions and independence; to maintain our important role in the community; and to give back to the people to whom we owe our long history and future growth—our loyal employees, at all levels.
