Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
All GCC employees are eligible for medical, prescription, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Your fully-paid health benefits begin the first day of the month in which you are hired. For your dependents, tiered co-premium amounts vary by plan and by the number of dependents covered.
Medical plans range from a high deductible health plan (HDHP) with a health savings account (HSA) to our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. The HSA includes a generous contribution from GCC.
Fully-paid dental insurance is offered to all employees from entry level up through Principal level, along with a generous contribution from GCC for dependents. We also offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that can help with additional medical and/or dental needs.

401(k) Retirement Savings & Match
Retirement readiness is an important part of overall financial wellness. Our 401(k) is one of the best ways for our employee-owners to save for retirement. For both our traditional 401(k) and our Roth 401(k) retirement plans, GCC provides a generous matching contribution. The match equals 100% of your deferral contributions up to 3% of your pay, plus 50% of your 401(k) elective deferral contributions which exceed 3% of your pay up to 5% of your pay. You may defer traditional 401(k) pre-tax contributions or post-tax Roth contributions, and you are 100% vested on the day you are hired.
Company profit sharing contributions are based on company profitability and paid annually, and you are vested on a 5-year vesting schedule.
